Council President Bob Ferri called the meeting to order at the Central Falls City Council Chambers at 5:01pm.
I. Roll Call
Sonia Grace, City Clerk, conducted the roll call. Present were Councilman Bob Ferri, Councilman Jonathon Acosta, , Councilman Thomas Lazieh, Councilwoman Maria Rivera, and Councilman Franklin Solano. Councilman Hugo Figueroa and Councilwoman Fonseca were absent. Quorum was present.
II. Pledge of Allegiance
City Council President Ferri led the pledge of allegiance.
III. City Council Sitting as Board of License Commissioners
i. Consideration of petition for entertainment and F/F1 license

Mr. Louis Augusta was present to speak on the application of Stanley’s and answered questions from the Council.
Major Daniel Barzykowski of the Central Falls Police Department supported the application.
Motion to approve the entertainment license application was made by Councilman Lazieh, seconded by Councilman Acosta. Motion carried 5-0.
Representatives of the Guatemalan Center of New England were present to answer questions pertaining to the event.

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilman Acosta, seconded by Councilman Solano. Meeting adjourned at 5:09pm
