Meeting Minutes

 

 

Meeting was called to order by Council President Ferri at the Central Falls City Council chambers at 5:31pm

 

 

1.       Roll Call

City Clerk Sonia Grace conducted the roll call. Present were Council President Bob Ferri, Councilman Hugo Figueroa, Councilwoman Stephanie Gonzalez, Councilwoman Ann Racquier, Councilwoman Tia Ristaino-Siegel and Councilman Ken Vaudreuil. Councilwoman Carlene Fonseca was absent. Quorum was present.

 

2.      Pledge of Allegiance

Pledge of Allegiance was led by Council President Ferri.

 

3.      Discussion with department directors regarding FY16 Proposed Budget

Councilors heard about and asked questions to directors of each of the city’s departments. Present were:

Director Joshua Giraldo, Parks & Recreation

Acting Director Kathy Gaouette, Human Resources Department

Chief Robert Bradley, Fire Department

Michael St. Jean, Information Technology

Sonia Grace, City Clerk

 

Councilwoman Fonseca entered at 6:40pm.

 

Colonel James Mendonca, Police Department

Andy Andujar, Chief of Staff

Director Stephen Larrick, Planning and Economic Development

Director Cynthia DeJesus, Finance Department

Bob Battey, Tax Assessor

Leonard Morganis, AFO

 

 

4.      Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Ristaino-Siegel, seconded by Councilman Figueroa. Meeting adjourned at 8:43pm.
