1.    Roll Call

Roll call was called at 9:02 by Assistant City Clerk Sean Murphy. Council President Ferri, Councilors Hugo Figueroa, Ann Racquier, Tia Ristaino-Siegel, Kenneth Vaudreuil were present. Councilor Fonseca arrived at 9:08am. A quorum was present.

2.   Pledge of Allegiance

Council President Ferri led the Pledge of Allegiance.

3.   City Council sitting as the Board of License Commissioners

a.   Consideration of Petition for Entertainment License for Central Falls Lions Club for outdoor event happening at Chocolate Mill Overlook on July 11, 2015 from the hours of 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

Councilwoman Ristaino-Siegel represented the Lions Club and spoke on their behalf outlining the event. Director Giraldo spoke in support of the event as well. Lion member Albert Romanowitcz was also present to give his support. Councilmembers Racquier, Ferri, and Vaudreuil voiced their opinions and concerns on the matter. Councilwoman Racquier made a motion to approve, seconded by Councilwoman Fonseca. Motion passed 5-0. Councilwoman Ristaino-Siegel refrained from voting.

4.   Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made and seconded by all Councilors unanimously at 9:26am.
