Meeting Minutes

 

      

            Meeting was called to order by Finance Chair Stephanie Gonzalez at 6:03 pm.

 

 

1.       Roll Call 

      Roll call was conducted by Assistant City Clerk Sean Murphy. Present were Councilors Robert Ferri,

      Hugo Figueroa, Stephanie Gonzalez, Tammi Johnson, Shelby Maldonado, Ann Racquier, and Tia Ristaino-Siegel.

     

 

2.      Pledge of Allegiance

      Pledge of Allegiance was led by Finance Chairwoman Gonzalez

 

3.      Discussion with department directors regarding FY15 Proposed Budget

Chief of Staff Andy Andujar states topics of discussion; Executive Budget, Human Resources, Fire Department; Finance Department, Tax Assessor; Clerks Office; Legal Department.

4.      Adjournment

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilwoman Ristaino-Siegel, Seconded by Councilwoman Maldonado. Meeting adjourned at 8:15pm.
