2.   Pledge of Allegiance— Council President Benson, Jr. led the assembly.

3.   Ordinance/Introduction

a. Amending the Economic Expansion Incentive Program

So introduced.

4.   Authorization  for purchase:

a.  a speed alert 24 Radar Traffic Signal in the amount of $5,263.00 (police dept.)

Councilor Corrales, made a motion to approve, seconded by Councilor  Ferri all agreed so moved.  3 yes 2 absent

b.  a sander for DPW in the amount of $ 7,239.00

Councilor Corrales, made a motion to approve, seconded by Councilor  Ferri all agreed so moved.  3 yes 2 absent

5.   Resolution In Support of a Mutual Aid Agreement between the Town of North Providence and the City of Central Falls for Rhode Island Law Enforcement Agencies

Councilor Corrales, made a motion to TABLE, seconded by Councilor  Ferri all agreed so moved.  3 yes 2 absent

6.   Adjourn— Councilor Ferri made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Councilor Corrales.  Time:  11:42am
