Linda Dykeman Finance Director was present and spoke of revenues and other budget items.
Ms. Dykeman spoke of the new software installation.
Edna Poulin of 68 Notre Dame St. questioned her and asked how much was brought in on the tax sale. Ms. Dykeman stated she would find out and let her know.
Len Morganis the AFO was present and commented on the attestation forms.
Edna Poulin spoke of Legal costs.
Elaine Partridge Director of Code Enforcement/DPW was present and spoke of the changes in her department. She also stated how on June 1, 2013 the rubbish removal will be outsourced.
Thomas Lazieh spoke on the budget and on the 4% increase.
He requested different comparisons.
Discussions ensued.
Mayor Diossa was present spoke of public properties/recycling trucks and their condition.
The laborers of DPW will have more time to help clean the city and other duties.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Ferri, seconded by Councilor Corrales. Time 7:20pm.
