A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the above location at 6:10 pm Council President William Benson Presided.

Council President Benson, Jr. led the assembly.

Councilor Benson stepped down in order to promote the motion.
Councilor Eunice Delahoz Pro Tem chaired this part of the meeting.
Councilor Benson made the motion to appoint Brendan P. Doherty to the Board of Directors of the Central Falls Detention Facility Corp. the motion was seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed. So voted.

Councilor Szlastha made a motion to recess this meeting until May 30, 2013 at 6:00pm the motion was seconded by Councilor Ferri. All agreed.
On May 30, 2013 The City Council re-convened the meeting at 6:12pm.

This item was continued until May 30th for more information.

The applicant was present and confirmed that he would change the name to NEW LIFE.
Councilor Ferri made a motion to approve the new name, Councilor Corrales seconded the motion. All agreed. 3 yes 2 absent.
Councilor Ferri made the motion to adjourn, seconded by Councilor Corrales. Time 6:17pm
