Thomas Lazieh of 1072 Lonsdale spoke of the Charter and the budget.

Councilor Ferri made a motion to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor Corrales, all agreed so moved.
B) Correspondences
1. Town of Charlestown in objection to Bill S0640 & S0672 pertaining to wastewater.
2. Town of Charlestown in objection to Bill H5703 pertaining to Dry Lands Bill pertaining to land development.
3. Town of Charlestown in objection to H 5425-The OWTS Bill in regards to cesspool phase outs.
4. Town of Charlestown in objection to H 5393 Municipal Notice Registry pertaining to municipally maintained notice registry.

Councilor Delahoz made a motion to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor Ferri, all agreed so moved.

Councilor Ferri made a motion to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor Corrales, all agreed so moved.

Councilor Ferri made a motion to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor Delahoz and Councilor Szlastha, all agreed so moved.
a. Toscon Construction, 795 Great Road, Lincoln RI for alleged damages to his vehicle while working for the City during the storm for alleged damages to his windshield.
b. Carol Irwin of 74 Rand St., Central Falls, R I in February, 2013 allegedly by a plow to garage doors due to the blizzard on February 9, 2013
c. Lincoln Sheet Metal of Cross St. Central Falls, RI for alleged damages to her window at the same location allegedly by a plow.
Councilor Szlastha made a motion to refer these items to the claims committee, seconded by Councilor Ferri, all agreed so moved.

John Burns from Council 94 AFSME was present along with some of the men from DPW and spoke of the privatization. Contract was already signed by the Receiver.
Councilor Delahoz made a motion to adjourn to Executive session subject to the above law, seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed.
Time 7:36pm (Only Councilors Szlastha, Benson and Delahoz went into Executive session with their attorney Lawrence Goldenberg, Esq.
Council Re-convened at 7:50pm
Councilor Delahoz made a motion to seal the minutes of Executive session, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed.
