Richard Kirby, Esq. Solicitor for the City was also present.

Richard Kirby,Esq. read the charges and explained why Mr. Rodriguez received a ticket. Mr. Rodriguez explained he went to Municipal Court and paid $35 court cost. He also stated he changed the trailer he used to a cart.
Captain Barzakowski was present and was sworn in. Mr. Kirby questioned him. Mr. McJennett III explained this was serve as a warning and he should not stay stationary again.

7. Ordinances /Introduction
a). Prohibiting smoking with proximity to public facilities and the delivery of tobacco products to minors in accordance with R.I. General Laws 23-20.9-1.ll
Mr. Kirby read the Ordinance into the record, the clerk had not received a hard copy yet.
