A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:12pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.

Sean Murphy Asst. City Clerk appeared and stated due to scheduling conflicts the vender asked this item to be recessed until Friday, May 11th at 3:00pm.

Adjourn – Gayle Corrigan made the motion to recess this meeting until Friday, May11th, 2012 at 3:00pm.
On May 11th 2012 the State’s Hearing Officer’s meeting came to order at 3:12pm.
Gayle Corrigan was present for the Receiver.
Richard Kirby Esq. was also present.
ArcBridge who was hired as a private contractor to do the Redistricting was present and gave a presentation.
Option number 3 was chosen due to the least amount of interruption to the existing wards.
