State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:05 pm Joseph Materese, was present for the Receiver.

Joseph Materese made the motion to accept items A, B, and C and place on file subject to the approval of the Receiver.
5. Claim to be filed with Interlocal
a. Sergio Gomes of 92 Japonica St.,Pawt.RI re: Alleged injuries that occurred Nov. 5, 2011 at 36 Central St. due to a hole in the sidewalk possibly caused by Pawt. Water Supply.
b. Teresa Magina of 92 Bittersweet Dr. Seekonk, MA, Pawtucket, RI for alleged damages to the Pawtucket residence as a result of surveillance in cooperation with Pawtucket.
Joseph Materese made the motion to forward the claims collectively to the Trust, subject to the approval of the Receiver.

7. Resolution
a). In support of filing an Application for the Rhode Island Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Application For Program Year 2012.
b). Approving the Donation of City Owned land to Reach at 17-171/2 Fletcher St.
c).Approving the Donation of City Owned land to Reach at 82-84 Lincoln Ave.
Elaine Partridge Director of Code Enforcement and Planning Departments was present and explained that these were approved prior by Judge Pfiffer, but had to be resubmitted to allow Judge Flanders to sign them.
Joseph Materese made the motion to approve collectively subject to all City and State Regulations and the approval of the Receiver.
8. Application by Extenet Systems to add an additional Distributed Antenna System (to be granted subject to all city licenses and permits and approvals.
