Atty. Lawrence Goldberg was present, Attorney for the City Council.

Quorum present.
2. Public Input
Thomas Lazieh of 1072 Lonsdale Ave. was present and commented on the Receivership, etc.
Edna Poulin of Notre Dame St. was present and commented on several items.
3. Pledge of Allegiance- Council President Benson, Jr. led the assembly
4. Minutes
a). May 14, 2012
Motion made by Councilor Eunice Delahoz to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor James Diossa. All Agreed. So voted
5. Mayor’s Comments—Mayor Charles Moreau was present and commented on the Receivership.
6. Receiver’s Comments—no one was present from the Receivers staff.
7. Discussion with Legal Counsel –Update on Bankruptcy Status
Atty. Lawrence Goldberg was present and updated everyone on the latest filings and status.
8. Adjourn- Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Diossa, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. Time 7:13pm
