State Receiver’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:20pm Gayle Corrigan, was present and John F. McJennett III the Receiver was also present.

Gayle Corrigan Chief of Staff made the recommendation to the receiver accept all of item #3 and to place them on file, agreed to by John F. McJennett III State appointed receiver.

Gayle Corrigan made the recommendation to the receiver to approve subject to the approval of the Receiver agreed to by the Receiver.

Gayle Corrigan made the recommendation to the receiver to approve this application. Approved by the Receiver.

c). In support of the sale of 352 Cowden St—(Parking Lot across the street of Ralph J. Holden)
d). In support of the sale of Lysander Flagg Museum -207-211 Central St.
e). In support of the sale of 189 Central St.—(Parking Lot on the rt. Side of the Library)
f). In support of the Purchase of Central Falls Landing from DEM.
Resolutions b through f were tabled by the Receiver because they were not ready and will recess later in the meeting to continue these to another date.

Gayle Corrigan made the recommendation to the receiver to approve this list of abatements. Approved by the Receiver.

PUBLIC HEARING OPENED.
Thomas Lazieh of 1072 Lonsdale Avenue was present and gave his reasons for objection.
Edna Poulin of Notre Dame Street, commented.
The Finance Office presented two replacement Ordinances that changed the Ordinances significantly. Mr. Richard Kirby, solicitor suggested that this first presentation be accepted as Introduction/First Passage and that at the next Regular meeting it will be listed as Public Hearing/Final Passage.
Gayle Corrigan made the recommendation to the receiver to approve these two ordinances collectively. So approved by the Receiver.

a). Pertaining to the Salaries of Department Heads & Others in Unclassified Service, as amended.
b). Establishing the Maximum Number of Employees in City Departments FY 2012-2013, as amended

11. Adjourn – This meeting did not adjourn on Monday, July 11, 2012, but the Receiver recessed it until Monday, July 16, 2012 at 4:00 to discuss the resolutions that were not submitted.
