A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the above location at 6:24 pm Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

Quorum present.
2. Public Input
Thomas Lazieh-1072 Lonsdale Ave. was present and asked the Council President for updates on the receivership.
3. Pledge of Allegiance- Council President Benson, Jr. led the assembly.
4. Minutes
a). June 11, 2012
Motion made by Councilor Councilor Patrick Szlastha to accept and place on file, Eunice Delahoz seconded by. All Agreed. So voted.
5. Mayor’s Comments—Mayor Moreau was not present.
7. Special Counsel Report and discussion –Lawrence Goldberg, Esq. was present and gave an update on the Bankruptcy filing.
Attorney Lawrence Goldberg was present an updated the Council and the public on the bankruptcy proceedings.
8. Executive session-- Executive Session- Pursuant to RIGL 45-46-5 (a) 2- Potential Litigation-
Motion made by Councilor Eunice Delahoz to adjourn to executive session, Councilor Patrick Szlastha seconded the motion. All Agreed. So voted. Time: 6:25pm
Meeting re-convened at 6:46pm.
Councilor Diossa and Councilor Ferri were not present at this executive session.
All members present to resume meeting.
Motion made by Councilor Patrick Szlastha to seal the minutes of executive session, Councilor Eunice Delahoz seconded the motion. All Agreed. So voted.
9. Adjourn- - Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. Time 6:52 pm
