State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:07pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.
Gayle Corrigan was present for the Receiver.
Edna Poulin of Notre Dame St. was present and spoke of the Receivership and the Schools involvement and other items. Mr. Romanawich was present and asked that public input would be placed at the end of the agenda to accommodate the License holders. Councilor James Diossa was present and stated he was in favor of the passage of the Zoning amendment that is on the agenda.
Gayle Corrigan led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Gayle Corrigan made the motion to accept items A, B, and place on file subject to the approval of the Receiver.
a. Raymond Goddard for alleged damages suffered on 8/20/2012 as a result of his moped that hit a defect in the road.
b.David Lopes for alleged damages sustained on 12/20/11 as result of excessive police force.
Gayle Corrigan made the motion to refer these items collectively to the Trust subject to all City and State Regulations and the approval of the Receiver.
