a) An Ordinance amending Chapter 20 of the City of Central Falls Code of Ordinances. Article II – Division 3 Firefighter’s Pension, Section 20-93 Members entitled to placement on list – Generally. Requiring all firefighters receiving disability pension benefits, recertify, through medical examination, a continuing job related disability.
b). An Ordinance amending Chapter 22 of the City of Central Falls Code of Ordinances. Article II – Division 2 Police Officers Pension, Section 22-61 members entitled to placement on list – Generally. Requiring all police officers receiving disability pension benefits, recertify, through medical examination, a continuing job related disability.
Gayle Corrigan of the receiver’s office removed these two ordinances without prejudice.
