State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:10pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.
Gayle Corrigan—Quorum present.
Edna Poulin was present and questioned the Receiver in regards to the budget process.
Gayle Corrigan led the assembly.

1. Town of Richmond re: Oppose the proposed implementation of paid tolls on Interstate 95.
2. Town of Richmond re: Require National Grid to immediately implement proper preventative maintenance measures for hurricanes.
3. Town of Lincoln in Support of Pension Reform
4. City of Woonsocket re: In favor of State wide pension reform.

Chief Garvey was present and stated Hackers pub had not complied with fire codes. Gayle Corrigan removed Hackers pub from the list of renewals.
Gayle Corrigan approved these renewals subject to all City and State Regulations and approval of the Receiver.
Gayle Corrigan upon the advice of Legal council Mr. Kirby approved the application of Hackers Pub, subject the compliance with fire code regulations and subject to all City and State Regulations and approval of the Receiver.
Resolution to Support the Re-designation of the City of Central Falls Enterprise Zone.
Gayle Corrigan approved this application subject to all City and State Regulations and approval of the Receiver.
