4.   Congratulations Leonard Nadeau for many years of service as Camera Operator.

Motion to accept and place on file items on the consent agenda was made by Robert Ferri, seconded by Edna Poulin, all agreed. So voted.

5.   Claims to be referred to the Trust.

a.   Christopher Barber of Lincoln, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of pot hole on 3/4/2011 at 627 Lonsdale Ave.

b.   Greggory Champagne of Lincoln, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pot hole on 329 High St.

Motion by to refer this item to Trust/Claims by Robert Ferri, Edna Poulin  seconded the motion.  All agreed. So voted.

a).  Annual Operating Budget Ordinance-General Fund

So introduced.

10. –Ordinance-Final Passage Public Hearing-

a).  An Ordinance amending the Central Falls Zoning Ordinance.

Public Hearing held.

Michael Horan, Esq. was present representing Cascade Associates of 500 High St., the applicant.

Mr. Horan gave an overview of this historic overview.

Motion by to approve by Edna Poulin , Robert Ferri seconded the motion.  All agreed. So voted.

b).  Amending Chapter 34 , Section 42 Persons 65 years of age or over.

Motion by to approve by Robert Ferri, Edna Poulin seconded the motion.  All agreed. So voted.

11. Budget Meetings--- Request to be approved.

Edna Poulin asked to amend them to the 25^th and 26^th of May.

Motion by to approve as amended by Edna Poulin , Robert Ferri seconded the motion. All  agreed. So voted.

12. Request by the Receiver’s Council to send a notice to Lemyers on Broad St.  to come to the meeting of  June 20^th to answer questions of the Receiver’s Council.
