A meeting of the Central Falls State’s Receiver’s Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:01 pm. Councilor James Diossa Presided.

1. Roll Call

2. Public Input--none

3. Pledge of Allegiance

Councilor Diossa led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance.

4. Permit to use Jenks Park

a) The Learning Community Charter School 21 Lincoln Av. June 8^th—11am to 2pm (asking to waive fees)

Motion by to approve and waive fees by Robert Ferri, Edna Poulin seconded the motion. All agreed. So voted.

5. Introduction/Ordinance

a) Amending Article 1 Section 12-8 Schedule of fees for licenses and permits.

So introduced.

6. First passage/public hearing Ordinance

Annual Operating Budget Ordinance

Public Hearing opened then closed.

Motion by to approve by Edna Poulin, Robert Ferri seconded the motion. All agreed. So voted.

7. Adjourn—

Motion to adjourn made my Edna Poulin, seconded by Robert Ferri. Time 6:13pm.
