A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:25 pm. Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

There was a correction to the posting; it was Thursday January 20, 2011 not Wednesday.

1. Roll Call

William Benson-Present

James Diossa- Absent

Quorum Present.

2. Executive Session- Pursuant to RIGL 45-46-5 (a) 2- Potential Litigation

Motion to adjourn into executive session was made by Councilor Aubin Pursuant to RIGL 45-46-5 (a) 2- Potential Litigation seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0, 1 absent. The Council returned from executive session at 7:40pm and re-convened the meeting.

Motion to seal the minutes of executive session was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha.

3. Adjourn-Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Delahoz. Time 7:41pm.
