State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 4:02 pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.
Gayle Corrigan – Quorum present.
Gayle Corrigan led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Chief Garvey (Fire), Linda Dykeman (Finance), Matt Halfan (Tax Assessor), Joe Matarese (Receiver’s Office) were present.
a. Establishing a School Zones in the City of Central Falls
As amended 12-05-2011 by the Receiver.
b. Amending Chapter 36 Traffic and Vehicles Article VI-Stopping, Standing and Parking—Restricting winter Parking hours
c. Amending Chapter 36 Traffic and Vehicles Article VI Stopping, Standing and Parking—Section 36-366 Parking Signs Required- Exemption for winter Parking Bans
d. Amending Chapter 20 Fire Prevention and Protection
(Establishing Fire Box Fees)
e. Amending Solid Waste Disposal—Fines and Violations
(Littering, accumulation of trash)
