State Receiver’s Hearing Officer’s Meeting
A meeting of the State Receiver’s Council Hearing Officer was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:05pm Gayle Corrigan, was present for the Receiver.

Thomas Lazieh of 1072 Lonsdale Ave was present and questioned Gayle Corrigan on her appointment as Hearing Officer.
Gayle Corrigan led the assembly.

a). Manuel P. Faria of 352 Greenwood Ave. Pawt. RI. For alleged damage to his vehicle as a result of a pot hole on the cor. of Lonsdale Ave. and Barber St.
Gayle Corrigan referred this item to the Claims committee subject to the approval of the Receiver.

b). Captain Robert E. Noury on a Regular pension effective 7/15/2011 with 20 yrs. 4 months service.
c. Major Steven R. Sullivan on a regular pension effective 7/21/2011 with 20 years 2 months service.
Gayle Corrigan approved these pension requests collectively subject to all City and State Regulations and approval of the Receiver.

Gayle Corrigan approved this passage subject to all approval of the Receiver.
a) Amending Chapter 32 Pertaining to Sidewalks Being Kept Clean and Free of Litter and Debris There were questions still pending on this Ordinance. This item was removed by Gayle Corrigan subject to the approval of the Receiver.
