1.   Roll Call

2.   Pledge of Allegiance

Council President William Benson led the assembly.

3.   Appointment to Central Falls Detention Facility

a).  Shawn Thomas of 17 Emmett Street.

Councilor Benson stated that he called his appointment but she is out of town on vacation.    Councilor Szlastha asked to table this until they could get more information, seconded by Councilor Aubin.  All Agreed.  So voted.

4.   Advice Re: Council Participation in Chapter 9 Proceedings.

Councilors had discussion with Judge Flanders on how they shall start to proceed.  They discussed future meetings and more discussions.

5.   Issuance of Licenses (omitted at this time)

6.   Opening of Library

Discussion with the receiver on status of Library.

Councilor Benson questioned the Receiver on insurance and other items.

7.   Council discussion of any future agenda items for advice to the receiver.

The Council had discussions with the Receiver on how they would give advice to him.

Adjourn –Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 4-0 Time 6:26pm.
