A meeting of the Central Falls State’s Receiver’s Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:01 pm. Councilor James Diossa Presided.

Edna Poulin Congratulated Acting Fire Chief Gerry Dion on the Fire Department report.

Frederick Specht of 166 Harrison St. Pawtucket, RI for alleged damages to his vehicle due to a pothole on Dexter St. on 2/9/11.

1). Introduction
Authorizing the City Tax Collector to grant forbearance of interest and penalties during the period of May 15, 2011 thru June 15, 2011 on past due traffic fines, municipal court fees, environmental fines, and tangible personal property taxes if all such traffic fines, municipal court fees, environmental fines, tangible personal property taxes due and payable are paid in full.

g). Amending Chapter 32, Section 36 Pertaining to the assessment of an administrative fee
Typographical error was found. Motion to amend the ordinance made by Robert Ferri changing the forth word (of) to (or), seconded by Edna Poulin, all agreed. So voted.
