Pursuant to RIGL-42-46-5(a) 2-Work Session pertaining Litigation
Councilor Aubin made a motion to go into executive session pursuant to above General law, seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed. So voted.

Re-convened at 7:20 pm. All members present. Atty. Goldberg was present.
Councilor Aubin made a motion to seal the minutes of executive session, seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed. So voted.
