In support of Continuation the Resolution of August 4, 2010 Appointing Lawrence L. Goldberg, Esq.

Attorney Goldberg was present and informed the Council of the Court results that occurred in the afternoon.

Motion to table items Items 2, 3, & 4 as agreed in Superior Court that afternoon was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
