A Special meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the above location at 1:09pm Council President William Benson Presided.

Quorum present.
Attorney Lawrence Goldberg, Legal Counsel for the Council was present and advised the Council not vote on any agenda item, because they may be in contempt of a Court order. Members of the Council questioned Mr. Goldberg on exactly what that meant. Attorney Goldberg explained his position.

Motion to table was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin;
