Motion to remove from the table was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz . All agreed. So voted. 5-0

Motion to suspend the Council rules for this item was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Diossa. All agreed. So voted. 5-0.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Diossa . All agreed. So voted. 5-0

3.         Resolution

a). In Support of legislation pending before the general assembly authorizing the City of Central Falls to assess and levy taxes against property owned by the Detention Center at the request of Councilor Aubin.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha . All agreed. So voted. 4-0

4.         Executive Session Pursuant to RIGL-42-46-5(a) 2-Work Session pertaining Collective Bargaining / Litigation

Motion to adjourn into executive session was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Aubin and Councilor Szlastha . All agreed. So voted. 5-0.

The Council returned from executive session at 6:36pm.

Motion to seal the minutes of executive session was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha and Delahoz .

5.         Resolution

a). In support of insolvency proceedings at the request of Councilor Benson.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha .         Roll call:

A letter of withdrawal for all items under # 6, was submitted by Azim Mazangwalla, finance Director. (none of these items were acted on or discussed)
