A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 12:05 pm. Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilors Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 3-0 motion carries.
a). Amending an Ordinance Pertaining to the Salaries of Department Heads & Others in Unclassified Service, as amended
Angelo Garcia was present and spoke at the public hearing re: funds appropriated.
Motion to amend as revised to the adjusted column was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0 on the amendment. Motion carries.
Motion to approve the Ordinance as amended was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0. Motion carries.
a). Authorizing a Deposit to the City’s Private Pension Plan in order to meet the required Minimum Operating Level in the Immediate Participation Guarantee Fund
Gene Noury was present and explained what the resolution would do and where the fund would come from the John Hancock pension fund. This legislation is usually passed a couple of times a year to make pension payments.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0.
The clerk stated she tried to get a Council meeting together for anytime during the week and could not get all members to be present at the same time.
