A) Minutes
1. May 18, 2010
Motion to accept and place on fine was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Lease Proposal by New Urban Farmers, a Rhode Island Non-Profit Corporation for Greenhouse Structure/Storage Space Adjacent to the Flagg Memorial Museum located at 205 Central Street, Central Falls, RI.
Motion to approve the a resolution was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Pursuant to RIGL-42-46-5(a) 2-pertaining to superior court litigation and collective bargaining relative to receivership proceedings.
The executive session did not take place.
a). Resolution In Concurrence with Necessary Property Tax Levy Increase Proposed by Receiver for Fiscal Year 2010-2011.
Motion to withdraw was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
