b). GRANTING PRELIMINARYAPPROVALTO TAKE LAND BY EMINENT DOMAIN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A REPLICA OF THE WILLIAM WHEAT MILL ON ROOSEVELT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF CENTRAL FALLS and to donate said land to the CONFECTIONERS MILL PRESERVATION SOCIETY
