A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the Green Room- at 6:30pm Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

Quorum present.
Two representatives were present from Braver Accountants & Advisors
And presented the entire audit page by page answering questions from the Council. The Financial report was completed on 1/5/2010, the single audit that they brought with them tonight had an error and had to be adjusted.
Councilor Diossa questioned Azim Maganzwalla, Finance Director on the figures from the prison. Azim spoke of many options that may be before the Detention board. The Council also questioned Azim on the pension fund, and how he intends to fund it. Azim admits it needs much discussion. Councilor Delahoz suggested maybe a special meeting to address the pension issue.

Councilor Aubin made a motion to go into executive session, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
