Council President Benson presided and led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Councilor Aubin made a motion to adjourn into executive session, seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed. So voted. 4-0. 7:05pm
Council re-convened at 6:50pm.

a) Adrea Lynch of 31 Darling St. vs. City of Central Falls re: alleged bodily injury due to a slip and fall on corner of Dexter and Darling St. due to unrepaired curbing.
b) Marco Cifuentes re: alleged bodily injures and vehicle damages as a result of a collision on 7/7/10 at the corner of Broad and Foundry Sts. As a result of an accident with a Police officer.
Motion to refer items a and b to the Trust made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All Agreed. So voted. 4-0
c) Pearl A. Watson of 1776 E. Wallum Lake RD. Pascoag, RI for alleged damages to her vehicle as a result of baseball hitting her window on 6/30/2010 while parked across from 950 High St.
