Quorum present.

2. Executive Session

Pursuant to RIGL 45-46-5 (a) 2- Litigation- Council hiring their own attorney.

Motion to adjourn into executive session was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0.

The Council returned from executive session at 6:35pm.

Motion to seal the minutes of executive session was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted.

3. Resolution Authorization in support of hiring Legal Counsel for the City Council

Motion to approve the resolution was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha.
