a). Robert Leblanc –1092 Lonsdale Ave. for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of a pothole on Dexter St. on 3/14/2010.
b). Lloyd W. Pinderhughes of- 372 Grosvenor Ave. E. Prov.- for alleged damages to his vehicle as a result of hitting a pot hole on 113 Chestnut St. on 3-9-2010.

b). Authorizing the Mayor to execute a formal application with United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Grant in the amount of$4,807.00.
c). Authorizing the Mayor to execute a formal application with United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Grant in the amount of $ 5,250.00.
d). Authorizing the Mayor to execute a formal application with United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Grant in the amount of $8,952.00.

An Ordinance adopting and enacting a New Code for the City of Central Falls, Rhode Island; Providing for the repeal of certain Ordinances not included therein; Providing a penalty for the violation thereof: providing for the manner of amending such code: and providing when such code and this ordinance shall become effective.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilors Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 4-0
