A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 6:10 pm. Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

Quorum present.

2. Executive Session

Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(1) PERSONNEL RELATED ISSUES – As pertaining to Council appointments.

Councilor Szlastha made a motion to adjourn to Executive session, seconded by Councilor Delahoz, all agreed. So voted. 4-0

Councilor Delahoz made a motion to seal the minutes of Executive session, seconded by Councilor Szlastha, all agreed. So voted 4-0.

3. Old Business-none

4. New Business—Discussion of the application of the Colombian picnic.

5. Adjourn—motion to adjourn made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. Time 7:21pm.
