Alex Summer and Bob Billington was present from Blackstone Valley Tourism to speak about sidewalk cafes. The Council and clerk spoke about the on going discussion with the law department on the Public safety issues.

Councilor Benson opened the Public hearing for comments, and then closed it.

b. Amending Article I Section 12-8 Schedule of fees for licenses and permits. (at the request of Councilor Benson)
c. Illicit Discharging and Post Construction Storm Water Control (at the request of Councilor Benson)
Each title was read into the record and introduced.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Delahoz.
