Board of Canvassers- Special Election results.
Motion to accept and place on file made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All Agreed. So voted. 5-0
Councilor Aubin resigned as Ordinance Chair and Licensing Chair.
Councilor Benson assigned him to Liquor Chair for the remainder of the session.
a). Ana L. Perez
Her name was called several times, she was not present.
Motion to table was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted.
a).Special Flood Hazard Areas and Flood Fringe Lands.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
a). Rudolph Legenza

Councilor William Benson recrused himself because of his friendship with the applicant.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 4-0 –1 recrused.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0 Adjourned 6:04 pm.
