Colonel Moran explained the grant and what it would be used for.
Council President Benson opened the public hearing , then closed it.
Robert Billington was present and gave a request for the establishments to allow outdoor eating.
Mayor Charles Moreau was present and gave an update on all City projects.

Motion to approve A,C, and D was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Motion to approve item B was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by O’Connor. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Aubin. All agreed. Adjourned 7:10pm
