Pursuant to RI GENERAL LAWS 42-46-5 (A) (2) Pertaining to - Disability retirement.

(THERE WAS NO EXECUTIVE SESSION)

 

10.    Retirement of Major Clay Choquette on Disability Pension.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Szlastha.  All agreed. So voted. 5-0 Approved.

 

11.    Resolution 

a).  Authorizing a Deposit to the City’s Private Pension Plan in order to meet the required Minimum operating level in the Immediate participation Guarantee fund. At the request of Councilor Delahoz.   

THIS RESOLUTION WAS WITHDRAWN AT THE REQUEST OF COUNCILOR DELAHOZ.

 

12.    Presentation on Tax Stabilization

for Property owned by Tai-0 Associates LP, located at 521 Roosevelt Avenue

Attorney William Lynch explained the tax stabilization plan.

      Amending Section 8-12 Keeping of Animals at the request of Councilor William Benson

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin.  All agreed. So voted. 5-0 Approved.

 

b).  Final Passage/Public Hearing

      Amending Section 8-52 Pertaining to Vicious Dogs at the  request of Councilor Benson

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Szlastha, seconded by Councilor Delahoz.  All agreed. So voted. 5-0 Approved.
