A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 12:08pm Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

Police Chief Moran re: Incident on 10/26/2008
Motion by Councilor Crowley to accept and place on file, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. 3-0

Chief Moran was present and gave testimony that there was a stabbing on 10/26/2008 and the police was stopped from entering the establishment.
Councilor Crowley made a motion to Summons El Chapin to come in for the next regular meeting on November 10, 2008, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha.
