2. Resolution in support of Grant Block Application

Art Hanson of the Planning Department was present and gave a brief description of the Block Application. 

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0.

3. LICENSE/raffle/ Chop Stix Auction

CASEY CLUB (APRIL 11, 2008  7:00PM TO 9:30PM)

D/B/A KNIGHTS OF COLOMBUS

43 CLAREMONT ST.

The City Council by unanimous consent agreed to hear the license of the above.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0

3. Executive Session

The Council may vote to go into executive session to discuss the following matters under R.I. Gen. Laws §42-46-5(a)(1): Interview candidates and discuss qualifications/job perform

Motion to recess the Council meeting to go into Executive Session was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0

The City Council re-convened after the Executive Session at 9:25pm.

Motion to seal the minutes of the Executive Session was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0

4. Interview candidates for Council Appointments

(This was done in executive session under the above provision)

Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 3-0. Time: 9:30 pm.
