Discussion took place on the two New Constables. All new constables are requested to appear before the Council.
Motion to table the two new Constables made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All Agreed. So voted 5-0.

Later in the meeting Rosa Cuevas appeared before the board.
Motion to remove from the table was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Rosa Cuevas was present but the Council tried to question her but she needed an interpreter but did not have one.
They requested her to come to the next meeting with an interpreter.
Motion to table was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
LICENSE/ GENERAL SERVICE
f. Joneso Design and Consulting Inc. 555 Broad St.
Nelson McGreggor of Joneso Design was present, and answered questions of the Council, regarding his business was a service business of Consulting.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Auto Repair
f. Mario Plaza and Walter E. Velosco d/b/a P & V Auto repair 96 Blackstone St.( see restricted hours by Zoning Dept. on CO)
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0

a.) In support of Legislation Authorizing a Special State Aid Payment resulting for the City’s refunding of the 1999 School Bond.
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Delahoz, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
a.) Regulations pertaining to Vicious Dogs
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
b.) Amending Section 14-3 Clerk/Associate Judge
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
a. Regulations for the Employment of Chief of Fire Division. (At request of Councilor Benson)
Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Szlastha All agreed. So voted. 5-0
b. Light sources facing neighboring property (at the request of Councilor Crowley)
Motion to amend the fine section of this ordinance made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Motion to approve first passage as amended was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin. All agreed. So voted. 5-0
Councilor Crowley showed a picture of Councilor Patino and his father in the AARP book.
Councilor Crowley notified all about the Tax breaks by the Government.
Motion to adjourn was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Szlastha. All agreed. Adjourned 8:48 pm
