A meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date, in the Council Chambers at 5:48pm Council President William Benson Jr. Presided.

Quorum present.
a. Municipal Court Judge
Councilor Aubin made a motion to table the position of Municipal Court Judge, license inspector, and City Sergeant until tomorrow the other two Council members could be present; Council President called three times for a second and did not receive one the motion died.
The clerk read the name of the applicants: Daniel T. Carrillo and Raymond P. Cooney.
Councilor Delahoz made the motion to appoint Raymond P. Cooney as Municipal Court Judge, the Council President called for a second three times and did not receive one, motion died.
Councilor Aubin made a motion to re-appoint Attorney Daniel T. Carrillo as Municipal Court Judge, Councilor Delahoz seconded the motion Councilor Benson voted no. Motion carries, 2yes 1 no, motion carries.
b. Associate Judge
Councilor Aubin made the motion to appoint Attorney Al Cardona as Associate Judge, seconded by Councilor Delahoz Councilor Benson abstained, motion carried.
c. Probate Judge
Councilor Aubin made the motion to appoint Bruce Sawyer the ownly applicant for Probate Judge, seconded by Councilor Delahoz, chair votes yes. All agreed so voted. 3-0
d. Electrical Inspector
Councilor Aubin made the motion to re-appoint Robert Zuba as Electrical, seconded by Councilor Delahoz, Chair votes no, motion carried.
e. Plumbing Inspector
Councilor Aubin made the motion to re-appoint Stephen Freitas as Plumbing inspector seconded by Councilor Delahoz, chair votes yes, motion carried.
f. License Inspector
Councilor Aubin made the motion to appoint Bruce Corrigan as license inspector, seconded by Councilor Delahoz chair votes yes, motion carried.
g. Video Camera Operator
Councilor Aubin made the motion to appoint Len Nadeau as Camera operator, seconded by Councilor Delahoz, Chair votes yes, motion carried.
h. City Sergeant
Councilor Aubin made the motion to appoint Mr. Moreau, seconded by Councilor Delahoz andCouncilor Benson, all agreed motion carried.
a) Authorizing the issuance of Tax Anticipation Notes
Motion to Approve made by Councilor Aubin, seconded by Councilor Delahoz and Benson. All agreed. So voted.
