2. Ordinance/First Passage/Public Hearing

a). An Ordinance Regulating the Use of Public Parks in the City of Central Falls.

Motion to amend #4 to add Fire Chief to be notified was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin, chair votes yes. All agreed. So voted. 3-0

Councilor Benson opened the public hearing, no one present to speak for or against.

Councilor Benson closed the public hearing.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Crowley, seconded by Councilor Aubin, chair votes yes. All agreed. So voted. 3-0
