A Special Meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 4:25 p.m.
Councilor Aubin
Councilor Delahoz
Council President Benson
Quorum Present.
Council President Benson presided and led the Assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of Silence for our troops.
First Passage
An Ordinance Amending Section 26-1 of the revised ordinances entitled
“Alcoholic Beverages Consumption in Public Places.”
Council members discussed this proposed ordinance in detail.
Councilor Aubin stated this needed further legal studies and that the present proposed ordinance needed additional changes.
Motion to table was made by Councilor Aubin and seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All agreed. So Voted.
