Council President Benson presided and led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Motion to approve was made by Councilor Patino and seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All Agreed. So Voted. 3-0

Motion to approve the application from 12:00 pm till 7:00 pm was made by Councilor Patino and seconded by Councilor Delahoz. All Agreed. So Voted. 3-0
Introduction
An Ordinance Amending Section 26-1 of the revised ordinances entitled
“Alcoholic Beverages Consumption in Public Places.”
Councilman Patino suggested that other public organizations be invited to add some input into this situation. Councilman Aubin feels it should be decided on a case by case request. Councilman Benson spoke of the cost of insurance. Councilman Aubin will visit area residents to find out and fears or questions in regard to this ordinance, in order to have some input from the public.
