Motion to approve collectively was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Benson.  All Agreed. So Voted.

Council President Frank Hyde, Town of Coventry

Frank Hyde from the Town Council was present and congratulated Central Falls Warriors Soccer Team on their behavior during a incident in their town.

 

Arthur Hanson, Director of Planning-Presentation of Comprehensive Plan.  Mr. Hanson was present and gave an over view of the Comprehensive plan.

Motion to approve was made by Councilman Benson and seconded by Councilman Silva.  All Agreed. So Voted.

 

7.    Mayor's Comments

Mayor Moreau was not present.

Councilman Benson stated that he re-cruse himself from voting on Rhoda Benson’s constable license.

 

Motion to approve was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Gil.  All Agreed. So Voted.

 

10.  Hearing

 

Jairo Echeverry

d/b/a True Stylez Barbershop

726 Dexter St.

Mr. Echeverry was present.  Also present was Chief Moran.  Discussion took place regarding people hanging around outside this establishment.  The Chief asked that any employees take their break elsewhere and not in front of the building.  Chief Moreau asked that maybe they could be located in the backyard.  Mr. Echeverry stated that the landlord would not allow it.  The Chief insisted that they cannot hang out in front of the store and block the sidewalk.  More discussion took place.  Chief gave this as a warning.
