A special meeting of the Central Falls City Council was held on the above date in the City Hall Council Chambers at 2:40 p.m.

1. Roll Call

Councilman Silva

Councilman Benson

Councilman Leger

Quorum present.

2. Pledge of Allegiance

Councilman Leger presided and led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Resolutions

Resolution authorizing the sale of the City’s Water System to the Pawtucket Water Supply Board for the amount of $1.1 million dollars. (Introduced at the request of the Mayor)

Motion to approve was made by Councilman Silva and seconded by Councilman Benson. All Agreed. So Voted.

4. Adjourn

There being no other business Councilman Silva moved to adjourn. All Agreed. So Voted. Time 2:45 p.m.
