Council President Leger opened the meeting to a Public Hearing.
Angelo Garcia Director of Channel One, speaking on behalf of himself and Department Heads asked the Council not to penalize Department Heads for the Budget Woes. He stated that each department head works very hard for the City and shouldn't be penalized.
Hearing no other comments the Public Hearing was closed.

A Resolution urging General Assembly passage of a bill entitled Authorization for the Sale of the Central Falls Water Distribution System to the City of Pawtucket.
